My wife and I being military don't know much about who to trust. Got introduced to this company by our Vet. And after using 2 other places in the last 5 years finally feel like we have someone we can trust and do the job right. We have horror stories from past experiences with another business. Cory showed up, explained our system and answered questions. Installed a wifi thermostat and is already going to come back out to fix issues missed or said to been fixed by previous companies. If you want someone who will treat you right and not just as a stop on the schedule give them a call.

Quick and cheap

Don came out and discovered the problem with our AC unit in about 30 minutes and had it running again in an hour. Very knowledgeable and honest! Highly recommend this business.

very professional, trustworthy, respectful. nothing but positive review for Billy and his crew. cares very much about the customer.

I had to conduct business over the phone from long distance and they worked with me to make sure my unit was repaired. They were able to work directly with my tenant and got the work done in a very timely manner.

They were very friendly, on time, affordable.

He came out within 3 days and I needed it done fast. They are small family business which I like since it is personal service. They were very reasonable and respond very quickly to any question to anything I asked before, during and after. They even called back to ask how I was satisfied and definitely went out of their way to accommodate me. The air conditioner works great and I am very happy so far how everything is working.

He did a wonderful job, a great guy to work with, He was very honest and very professional and his crew was courteous and prompt. They arrived on time as they said they would and they were very trustworthy. I didn't have to watch them the whole time that they were working, even when I need to run some errands. Another thing that was good the ductworks that he did were wonderful, we have a whole new system and completely wrapped and sealed, no environmental air that came in, except the air from the furnace, it's completely sealed. His invitation to see the whole system in the attic for me to see the work that he was working on and explained to me what he was doing. and the reason for it. He did a lot of things that were very efficient, he did our system to work very effectively.

First, this was an after hours service call. Mr. Don Matthews and his grandson, Dillon, arrived and his son Cory joined them later to troubleshoot, repair, and eventually clean and add freon to my neglected system. It all went exceptionally well. I was blessed to witness this family business of professionals performing remarkably well, efficiently, methodically, with great customer service. I was pleasantly surprised and appreciated the follow up call from Mr. Matthews the next morning. Highly recommend this company.

Don Armstrong and his crew did an outstanding job! They spent 4 days at my home installing new duct work in my attic. They did an exceptional job. The crew was very professional, very thorough, very respectful and obviously focused on doing a quality if not perfect job. Don explained everything that they were doing in detail. There were no surprises. After completing the job, they even swept the floors in my house. I am extremely pleased with my choice of Billy Don's Air for my new duct work. It's great to find that there are still small businesses that really care about doing a good job. I highly recommend this company. Very honest, ethical, trust worthy and reasonably priced.

Billy and his grandson did a great job finding the problem and telling me how it needed to be fixed. They were able to do a temporary fix till the AC damper could be replaced so the upstairs bedrooms would be cooler. They were very friendly and accommodating.

Installation was professional. There were no issues or surprises.

Their work is amazing. My mom's house smelled like smoke from the years of smoking in the house. I cannot believe they were able to make such a difference. Great value and awesome people!!
